For our March SOS Night we discussed What is in your heart? Forgiveness and Unforgiveness & Guiding your heart. Here’s what our middle schoolers learned.

Psalms 139:23-24 NLT: Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life.

Your mind, body, and heart are affected by unforgiveness .

When we hurt people,we may hurt other people; hurt people hurt people.

Sometimes you're going to have to ask GOD to check your heart and your intentions.

You have to forgive yourself if you mess up and make a mistake.

Matthew 6:12: And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
