Here are some easy treat recipes that everyone needs to try! i’m sure you’ll have a sweet tooth sometime this week!
1.tik tok oreo mug cake

ingredients:
2-6 oreos
milk or non dairy milk
cool whip (optional)
whipped cream (optional)
icing (optional)
1-2 oreos (optional)
Intructions:
put 2-6 Oreos in a mug (depending on how much cake you want) & crush them with a fork
add splashes of milk or non dairy milk until your mixture is like a cake batter consistency
put mug in microwave for 1 minute
add desired toppings (additional crushed Oreos, icing, whipped cream, cool whip, etc.) & enjoy!
2. fruity pebble rice Krispy treats

ingredients:
fruity pebbles
marshmallows
butter or vegan butter
vanilla extract
instructions:
place fruity pebbles in a large mixing bowl
Melt butter or vegan butter in a pan
add marshmallows
Once marshmallows are melted add a little bit of vanilla extract
once melted add marshmallow mixture to the bowl of fruity pebbles & mix with a large spoon
place mixture in a square pan & use a spoon to flatten out mixture.
place in fridge for 10 -15 min. or let mixture cool off at room temperature.
once mixture has cooled off & set. slice it into bars & wallah!! fruity pebble rice Krispy treats!
3. “To all the boys” fruit pie turnovers

ingredients:
Pie crusts (preferably squared)
canned fruit pie filling of choice (I like blackberry or cherry)
melted butter or vegan butter
wax paper & sheet pan
1-2 Eggs (optional)
Raw sugar (optional)
Instructions:
preheat oven to 375 degrees
lay down pie crust & cut with a knife or pizza slicer in the shape of rectangles according to how many turnovers you want to make. It will take 2 rectangle pieces of pie crust to make 1 turn over.
place 1-2 spoonfuls of fruit pie filling in the middle of half of the rectangle pie crusts
brush edges of crust with melted butter
cut 3 small slits into each of the other half of the rectangle pie crusts
& then place onto rectangle pie crust pieces with filling
use a fork to bind the edges of both pie crust pieces.
beat an egg & use a pastry brush to spread egg wash on turnovers. this helps give the turnovers a glossy crispy finish. (optional)
place on wax paper & bake for around 20-25 minutes. should be slightly golden brown.
spread sugar and/or melted butter on turnovers (optional)
Place in a cute box like Lara jean as a gift orrr you can just eat them all yourself!
4. cocoa fudge brownies

ingredients:
1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter
1 table spoon cooking oil
1 1/8 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup of flour
instructions:
Mix first five ingredients together in a bowl. once combined add last 3 ingredients.
bake in oven at 350 until a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean
enjoy!!
5. Piña colada dump cake

ingredients:
2 sticks of unsalted butter
1/3 cup of pineapple juice
2 cans of diced pineapples
1 box of yellow cake mix
2 cups of coconut flakes
instructions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees
melt 1 stick of butter in pan. remove from pan.
dump all ingredients in this order into cake pan. 1. 1/3 cup of pineapple juice, 2. 2 cans of pineapple (leave about 1/10 out for last layer) 3. add dry cake mix on top 4. add coconut flakes 5. evern pour butter on top 6. sprinkle remaining pineapples on top
bake cake in oven for about 45 minutes
serve with cool whip, ice cream, or non dairy topping if desired
