But, one day He made the decision to give up His divine privileges to become as a servant. Jesus, being God, humbled Himself and became a man. The One who created mankind became mankind. But, why? Why would someone with such power do such a thing? The answer is simple; He did it all for you. God saw that mankind was living in a way that would cause us to be eternally separated from Him. So He went to the ultimate extreme to give us a way to escape eternal damnation to live with Him forever.
Everything He accomplished here on earth was so that you would always be His. He so desires to be in fellowship with you that He even became lower than the angels to save your soul. You are His prized possession. There’s no one on this earth that loves you as much as Jesus does. The bible says that He has counted every strand of your hair and I’m sure you haven’t met anyone who has done the same or even thought about doing so. So, I want to encourage you to get to know Jesus as a person. Get to know the One who is love itself. Get to know His mind and His precious heart by spending time with Him daily. He longs for your fellowship.
